Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy.
GazOne conducts business honestly and without bribery or corruption in any form, in any jurisdiction where we operate.
Zero tolerance
We prohibit the offering, giving, soliciting or accepting of any bribe or improper advantage, whether directly or through third parties, and whether involving public officials or private parties.
Facilitation payments and gifts
Facilitation payments are not permitted. Gifts and hospitality must be modest, transparent, infrequent and never given or received to improperly influence a decision.
Third parties
Agents, intermediaries and partners are subject to risk-based due diligence and must contractually commit to equivalent standards. We do not engage third parties to do what we are prohibited from doing ourselves.
Books and records
All transactions are recorded accurately. No undisclosed or off-book accounts are maintained for any purpose.
Reporting
Anyone aware of a breach must report it. Reports can be made confidentially through our whistleblowing channel and will not result in retaliation.
