Health, safety and environment
We put safety first and protect the environment. Every employee and contractor is empowered to stop unsafe work.
Fair dealing
We compete fairly, respect confidential information, avoid conflicts of interest, and comply with competition, sanctions and trade laws.
Respect for people
We treat colleagues and counterparties with dignity, promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, and do not tolerate harassment or discrimination.
Ethical supply chain
We choose counterparties who share our values and proactively work to eliminate unethical practices throughout our supply chain.
Speaking up
We encourage everyone to raise concerns without fear of retaliation, through our whistleblowing channel or directly with management.
